My boiler pressure kept falling and after trying to fix it myself, I called Shab, who arranged a conveinvent time to look at it. He took his time and made sure he checked everything. Comments: "I had called out another company to repair my boiler. They did this but left me with lots of other problems. I contacted Universal Heating Ltd to arrange a service of my boiler. They came promptly and serviced my boiler very efficiently and rectrified all the problems left by the previous company. Shab took the time and trouble to explain what he was doing and I would recommend the company 100%. Thank you."

Comments: "I needed a gas leak repaired and my cooker fitted. We had. I luck with the likes of British gas and have 2 little girls that were living without hot water or central heating. The night before the works were done the technician, shah, came to have a look at the work and assess what parts he would need. The following day Shab came on time and got everything up and running. I can't fault his work or attitude. Thank you very much Shab you will be my first call and time in the future!"

Comments: "I emailed universal heating on Tuesday 12th March about a problem with my Evotec boiler. Shortly after a pleasant man named Shab rang me back and was very helpful, he even said he could come round straight away! He explained everything he did all his prices were clearly explained (no hidden charges or charges of extra labour) I would recommend to anyone - great service. Thanks Shab."
